Care

MATERIAL & CARE

All FLYNN bags are created with the utmost care in our Italian workshop. To guarantee their longevity, we recommend that you follow a few simple rules:

Please treat with care, to extend the life of your bag.
Please avoid overexposure to sunlight, heat, and rain, as these elements are known to affect the condition of your bag.
Please avoid contact with cosmetics, oil-based substances, and dyes (including denim).
To prevent unnecessary damage, please avoid contact with sharp or rough surfaces during wear.
Should your bag become wet, wipe gently with a dry soft cloth.
Always make sure that your bag is empty, prior to cleaning, to avoid any indentations in the material.
To remove surface dust or light dirt, please use a soft bristle brush.
To remove more stubborn surface dirt, lightly wipe with a soft, damp cloth. You may also use a mild soap, such as an ivory or neutral soap (if necessary).
Do not use soaps that contain dye, oil, or perfume in the ingredients.
Always leave the bag to air dry, prior to storing it, or putting it in its dust cover bag.
Do not attempt to remove stains with abrasive cleaners, as these products are known to damage the material.
Never immerse the bag in water, as it can cause the material and/or lining to pucker, and cause damage to any leather trims that form part of your bag.
Do not place your bag in the washing machine or dryer.
To maintain the leather elements of your bag, you may use a mild leather cream, working this into the leather, using a clean, soft cloth, in a circular motion. Please take care in doing so, to ensure that it doesn’t transfer onto the material of the bag.
We recommend storing your bag in the dust cover bag provided when it’s not in use.

We currently offer Free Express Shipping to the 55 countries that we currently ship to. For a full list of countries, please click here.

We currently offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to 35 countries. If this applies to your country, your order will be shipped with duties and taxes included.

For all other countries we offer DAP (Delivered at Place). If this applies to your country, your order will be shipped with duties and taxes NOT included. As the customer, you will be responsible for any customs fees, as well as import duties and taxes, incurred upon delivery.

Returns

We accept returns on all full priced items, including Pair & Save items, within 14 days of you receiving your shipment. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipments, to our Australian warehouse. We recommend reviewing our Returns section, via our Shipping & Returns page, prior to placing an order.

Pair & Save

At FLYNN, we shy away from sale. We’re more interested in keeping our pricing fair, all year round.

We do however believe in rewarding you, should you wish to purchase more than one item. Therefore, should you purchase more than one item, in a single transaction, you will receive a 20% discount on all items in your shopping cart.
