All FLYNN products are designed in Australia and Made in Italy, using the finest manufacturing partners. All materials used in the production of our products, are Made in Italy, using Italian suppliers, who are experts in their craft.

At FLYNN, we shy away from sale. We’re more interested in keeping our pricing fair, all year round. We do however believe in rewarding you, should you wish to purchase more than one item. Therefore, should you purchase more than one item, in a single transaction, you will receive a 20% discount on all items in your shopping cart. Please note that the discount will be automatically applied, once two or more items are populated in your shopping cart.

This depends on the destination country of your shipment. Currently we offer both DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and DAP (Delivered at Place) services. Please locate the country you are shipping to below, to see which service you qualify for.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
To make things easier for you, we ship to 35 countries with duties and taxes included. If this applies to your country, your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). The price you see, is the price you pay.

We also ship to a number of countries, where the duties and taxes are NOT included. If this applies to your country, your order will be shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). As the customer, you will be responsible for any customs fees, as well as import duties and taxes, incurred upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority, in association with DHL. Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from customs. Delivery will not occur, until these charges have been paid for, by you.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse, which is located in Australia.

All items are flat packed in individual, recyclable cardboard boxes, complete with a dust cover bag for your item. We ship all items individually flat packed, in order to minimise the cubic weight and carbon footprint, associated with each shipment.

Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email, once your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided to you at this time, allowing you to track the progress of your shipment, using the allocated couriers online tracking tool.
Please note that all tracking information will only become available online, once the order has been collected from our warehouse, by the allocated courier service. -
Our warehouse team do their best to make sure that all orders are packed and dispatched as soon as possible. Because of this, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order. However, in the instance that you need to make a change to your order, prior to receiving your shipping confirmation, please email customercare@shopflynn.com immediately. This includes any changes to your delivery address.
Order changes received after the shipping confirmation has been issued, and your order is in transit, cannot be processed, and you will need to return the order as per our Returns Policy, via our Shipping & Returns page. -
Please note that with the exception of Australia, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Unfortunately, at this point in time, we do not offer virtual gift cards.

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time; however, we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original item for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipments. This includes all shipping costs and associated insurance costs (should you choose to insure your shipment).
All return shipments must be made to our Australian warehouse.
Prior to making any return, it’s important that you refer to our Returns Policy section, via our Shipping & Returns page, to ensure that you qualify for a return, and that the return is processed properly. -
Items sold during sale periods with “final sale” marked on the product page, are not eligible for returns, unless they are deemed to be faulty. We recommend shopping sale items carefully, to avoid disappointment. If you have any questions relating to sale items, we recommend reaching out to us prior to placing an order. Absolutely! If the item you’re looking at is showing as sold out on the product page, please enter your email address in the box provided, and press submit. We’ll be sure to email you as soon as the item becomes available.

From time to time, we may make a new item available for pre-order. In doing so, this allows you to order the item ahead of its arrival. Ensuring that you don’t miss out once the item goes live.

When you place an order for an item marked pre-order, you will be charged in full, at the time of your order.

The estimated shipping date will be shown on the product page. Should this date be updated after we have received your order, we will be sure to email you, advising you of the revised estimated shipping date. Should you not be comfortable with the revised estimated shipping date, we will be sure to refund you the value of your pre-ordered item(s) in full.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, you will receive multiple shipments. In-stock items will ship as soon as possible, with pre-order items shipping once they become available.
